Since being a little girl, I used to rub my dad's feet to help him along with wiping lemons & cucumbers on my face because it felt healthy - The rest is history! Hehehe ...
Okay, that's a really short version. But, my business is actually really personal & it's the reason so many clients love coming to CSWM again & again because they understand my passion & years of effort in all areas of the industry behind the brand before it became 'come spa with me' that it is today.
It is obvious to those who have known me a long time that I developed a passion for holistic health & helping people very young. I was a tom boy, playing sports & horse riding & the girly side of me loved experimenting with lotions and potions. My candle and crystal making sets were my favourite Christmas presents!
Since then, I have continuously studied the mind & the body with A Levels in Psychology & Sports in 2009. Graduating with my degree in 2011. Continuous Personal & Professional
Development in the wellness sector. Including becoming a qualified Holistic mind & body coach & product developer & teacher in lockdown 2020.
I have always worked in & visited Spa's, Salons & Clinics all across the UK and the Channel Islands sine 2010. Including 5* luxury spas & treating celebrities in London. Gaining incredible knowledge in over 10 professional spa brands & I would say around 100 different spa therapy treatments.
I am obsessed with the holistic benefits of having some time alone or for yourself in this mad, crazy busy world. It makes you self reflect, it makes you more present, independent, patient and calm. The list of benefits is endless - The best of all, it's better for other's when we are our best self. So, 'Me Time' the after ripple effect is very selfless!
However I know from treating lots AND LOTS of people in my career - that visiting these amazing spas often would be time consuming, expensive and as a result - it just is not practiced often enough....

This is why Come Spa With Me was born, originally to Vlog spas & therapies to promote 'Me Time' & these amazing spa's - But, when the pandemic hit - Afterwards I decided to bring that spa therapy feel - HOME - To my own home. Now I am based doing 5* spa & holistic therapy in my birth town - Castleford WF10!
We are starting small - but the aim is to make more & more impact as we grow. With plans in place to train other therapists to have a spa business from home too. Meaning, more of that spa 1-2-1 holistic therapy - more often around the UK!
Thank you all for being here being a part of & supporting this mission. Wether you are a client who has followed me wherever I have been - from my mum's house, spa's across the globe, my therapist friends, product customers or followers.
This kind of therapy has personally done so much for me, I can't wait to keep on paying this feeling forward.
